NEW NAME AND NEW LOCATION FOR MRC COMPOSITE PRODUCTS USA (MRCP)

Carlsbad, CA, December 18, 2006 . . . MRCP will be changing its official company name to MRC GOLF, Inc., effective January 1, 2007. The name change illustrates the continued commitment that Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd. has to the golf industry.
In a similar development, all MRC GOLF operations will move to a larger office within the same complex. These changes will accommodate the rapid growth the premier shaft company has experienced over the last three years.
